I wish a had a pic to accompany this, however I have too many keyframes to set at the moment, and don’t have anything but microsoft paint on this computer to edit an image for posting, so bold font will have to do for the moment…

ENTERED PRE-PRODUCTION

I wrote the script to this one back in 2004 while I was working in Berkeley, and did some thumbnail storyboards last year on the GO Train commuting to Toronto. Now, it’s time to dust them off, do some re-writes, and get to work. There are a bunch of character designs that need to be done for this one, and a lot of prop and location work to be done to do it right. I’m not sure how much I should be posting on this blog journal, as I don’t want to give anything away. So that is all undecided. I’ve just finished doing a bunch of shopping on Amazon and Ebay to get some reference material I’m gonna need, and I’ll be trying to push my drawing toward the animation / anime style I’m going for with these characters. 2 of my day jobs should be done next month (leaving only one) so when that happens, I plan to hit the ground running.

And THAT is what’s happening in the Wonderful World of Ultraist Studios.
